Our office is located at the address listed in the footer of this website; services are delivered on-site at client properties within our service area.
We serve homeowners, HOAs and multifamily property managers, commercial property owners and managers, retail centers, offices, and light industrial properties that need reliable landscape maintenance, planting and installation within scope, ornamental tree care, or irrigation service. Every engagement begins with a walkthrough or site inspection to scope the work, followed by a written estimate before any work begins.
Field crews are dispatched from our facility with fully equipped trucks, uniforms, ID badges and personal protective equipment appropriate to the task. Any pesticide, herbicide or restricted-use product application is performed only by a state-licensed applicator, following the product label, EPA Worker Protection Standard (WPS) requirements, and the record-keeping obligations of the applicable state pesticide agency. Product Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are maintained on file and available on request for applications performed at the client property.

Each service is scheduled in advance — day of the week and time window agreed for recurring maintenance visits, and specific date and time for one-time installation, tree work or irrigation service. Crews arrive on schedule and check in on-site before starting; substitutions are communicated in advance whenever possible.
Our most common engagement patterns are: (i) recurring maintenance contracts — regular lawn and property care on a weekly, bi-weekly or seasonal schedule with fixed monthly pricing; (ii) one-time installation projects — landscape installation, seasonal color rotations, sod installation, mulching, and light hardscape with scope-defined pricing; (iii) irrigation service — system installation, repair, and seasonal startup/winterization on a per-visit or per-project basis; (iv) pesticide/fertilization programs — scheduled applications performed by our state-licensed applicator per an agreed annual program. All with a written estimate before work begins.
GREEN MOTION GROUNDSKEEPERS LLC operates strictly within the scope permitted by our state and local business licenses and the pesticide applicator credentials held by our applicator(s).
