Recurring lawn care and property maintenance — mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, seasonal cleanups (spring and fall), leaf removal, mulch refresh, and fertilization on a defined schedule. Delivered by uniformed crews with commercial-grade equipment, following OSHA safety practices and applicable local noise ordinances for equipment operation.
Planting and landscape installation within scope — annuals and perennials, seasonal color rotations, shrubs and ornamental trees, sod installation, mulching, edging beds, and light hardscape (border edging, small stepping-stone paths). Stamped landscape architectural design (site plans requiring a licensed landscape architect's seal) is referred to state-licensed landscape architects (NAICS 541320) separately engaged by the client.
Handyman-level maintenance and minor repairs — light fixture replacement, minor drywall patching, painting touch-ups, hardware replacement, general upkeep and preventive maintenance rounds for property managers. Work involving licensed trades (electrical wiring, plumbing systems, HVAC installation/repair, structural modifications, gas lines) is referred to state-licensed electricians, plumbers, HVAC contractors and general contractors separately engaged by the client.
GREEN MOTION GROUNDSKEEPERS LLC provides landscaping services within the scope permitted by our state and local business licenses and by the pesticide applicator credentials held by our applicator(s). Every engagement is documented in a written estimate before work begins — scope of work, areas covered, service frequency (for recurring maintenance contracts), crew size, timeline, price, payment terms, client obligations (site access, water for irrigation testing, gate codes where applicable) and our obligations (uniformed crews, PPE, equipment, and pesticide products applied by a certified applicator per the product label and EPA Worker Protection Standard).
Our operations are conducted in compliance with applicable US laws and industry standards, including: OSHA workplace safety standards applicable to the landscaping and horticultural services industry, including PPE, hazard communication, and safe operation of powered equipment; EPA Worker Protection Standard (WPS) for agricultural pesticide application and applicable pesticide product-label requirements; state pesticide applicator licensing (California Department of Pesticide Regulation, Texas Department of Agriculture, Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, and equivalents in other states) for any application requiring certification; state landscape contractor licensing where required (California C-27 CSLB, Tennessee, North Carolina and others); state irrigation contractor licensing and backflow-prevention certification where required (Texas Licensed Irrigator and equivalents); state and local business licenses in each jurisdiction where we operate; state stormwater and water-conservation regulations where applicable; local noise ordinances governing powered equipment operation; DOT commercial vehicle regulations for trucks and trailers above applicable weight thresholds; general liability insurance and workers compensation insurance in force; and applicable federal and state truthful advertising standards enforced by the FTC and state attorneys general.
